LESSON 2 : Types of Energy
This course takes a fundamentally different view on energy than what you may have encountered in the past.
You've probably heard about many different kinds of energy. Good energy. Bad energy. Positive energy. Negative energy. Energy that is channeled from a pure source. Even special healing energies that are exclusive to a specific healing method.
There is no such thing as positive energy or negative energy or even different types of energy. Energy is neutral. Energy is the fundamental substance that makes up all things, both manifest (with form; solid objects like people, rocks, trees) and non-manifest (without form; air, light, sound, emotion, etc.).
It is not good or bad. It is not positive or negative. It is. We as humans perceive this energy to be good or bad depending on our perceptions at the moment we feel the energy. The energy itself simply "is".
As an analogy consider electricity. Do you think of electricity as "good" or "bad"? It is neutral. Your perception of electrical energy may change at times. If electricity is used to light your house and play on the internet you may consider it good. If you were to stick a screwdriver into an electrical socket, your perception of electricity may suddenly switch to being bad.
The energy itself isn't good or bad. It's just energy. Only our perceptions label it as good or bad, positive or negative.
Energy that is Stagnant
Energy naturally moves and flows. It comes into your energetic structure from outside. It flows through you. Sometimes it stays awhile. Sometimes it flows out of you right away.
Stagnant energy happens when a person has an imbalance in the flow of their energy. An imbalance occurs in their energetic structure and some energy starts to vibrate at a slower rate. It becomes dense. It flows less freely. It's vibration is slow and heavy.
The energy is still the same infinite and abundant source of energy. It has simply become stagnant within the person/place/thing's energetic structure.
What is commonly referred to as negative energy actually refers to energy that is currently not improving a person, place, thing, or situation.
An example. If you feel depressed, it's a manifestation of energy that is stagnant within your energetic structure (your electromagnetic field or aura). The energy isn't negative energy. It is still neutral. It is the vibration of the energy that has shifted. It has become stagnant. It needs to move or change form in order to feel good again.
What Causes Stagnant Energy?
Energy is neutral. Thoughts, intentions, feelings and actions are not always neutral. They can be positive, also known as beneficial. Or they can be negative, or non-beneficial.
The cause of stagnant energy is experiencing negative intentions, thoughts, feelings and actions. If a negative intention, thought, feeling or action is not processed, it can become dense, slow moving stagnant energy. The term for this is an energy blockage.
An example. People experience energetic exchanges with everything in their environment, other people, other animals, other things. If someone you care about is feeling loving thoughts toward you, you "feel" that energy coming from them. You may consider it "loving energy". If someone you care about is angry with you and feeling angry thoughts toward you, you once again "feel" that energy coming from them. You may consider it "negative energy".
Negative intentions can come from outside of you or inside of you.
An example of a negative intention from outside of you is if a person feels envious of your position at work. Because of that envious feeling they do something to cause you harm, a catty word, a demeaning attitude.
An example of a negative intention from inside of you is if you were depressed and you acted out self-destructive behavior patterns as a result, such as laying in bed all day every day.
Once again negative thoughts can come from outside of your or inside of you.
An example of a negative thought from outside of you is if a person had negative thoughts about you. You may not be aware of those thoughts on a conscious level, but on an energetic level they exist.
An example of a negative thought from inside of you is if your internal dialog was, "I am fat. I'm not pretty. I'm sick."
As before negative feelings can come from outside of your or inside of you.
An example of a negative feeling from outside of you is if you were having a fight with a loved one and they felt anger towards you. That feeling exists energetically.
An example of a negative feeling from inside of you is feeling weak, sick, tired, depressed, angry or helpless.Their action could be conscious or subconscious and it would still be negative intent.
The energy hasn't changed in the example above. The "intent" has changed. Intent can be conscious, consciously sending someone loving feelings or negative feelings. The intent can also be subconscious or unconscious, unknowingly sending someone loving feelings or negative feelings.
The energy itself is still neutral. The intent has changed and your perception of it has most likely changed as well.
You share this energy through an energetic exchange every time you send a feeling, thought, or intention out to a person, place or thing.
Energy healing can change your life.
