I've been a meditator for 20 years and there's no other spiritual practice that has moved me or informed me so deeply.
Of course, it's evolved over the years and now it seems that it's vitally important to just be in communion with God (and that means God of individual understanding) without asking for guidance, clarity...but perhaps, instead, to only be in the consciousness of Spirit so that my soul can charge fully.
I'm glad to be offering a Many Paths, One Spirit: Sacred Meditation in North Hollywood, CA every 3rd Monday of the month at 7PM.
