Question: My daughter has always worn an amethyst crystal but now the crystals keep falling from her necklace. She has developed lymph node cancer. She is 22 yrs old. I need to find a crystal that will giver her the strength she needs to fight this disease. Can you help me?

I would definitely encourage you to do as much research as possible into the subject of cancer and specifically lymph node cancer. If you have a primary care provider, consult with them about various treatment options.

In addition, research any and all natural ways to support her nutritionally. There are many options to boost the immune system and the more educated you become, the more empowered you will be to make a well informed decision.

As far as the Amethyst crystal goes, I would take it as a sign that she needs a different kind of support. Primal survival issues relate to your Root chakra. Stones that may be worth looking into would be garnet, ruby, bloodstone, and obsidian. You may also want to find a nice green healing stone. I really like malachite for specific healing. You may also want to look into some of the work done by Mitchell Gaynor. He is an oncologist (cancer doctor) who does wonderful work with crystal singing bowls and mindful meditation. His book, Healing Power of Sound is full of great information about his success with sound therapy in healing folks diagnosed with cancer.

I would also encourage you and your daughter to begin practicing deep breathing. The stress reducing properties alone are remarkable. Deep breathing further contributes to your body's ability to heal by promoting alkalinity and oxygenation.

Again, do lots of research. Empowerment is an fantastic tool for making the most of the life experience. Educating yourself is an easy way to cultivate a sense of empowerment

Tell your daughter to jump on a trampoline. I read a story when I thought I might have cancer and it says jumping on a trampoline causes lymph to flow in opposite direction because normally only flows down and this cleans it out completely!

Sheng cymbal

Dear Marie and Patrick! I can add my experience with lymphoma (Non-Hodgkin) and I can say (for myself) that Reiki helped me a lot - but I did not look after healer but after a teacher and I passed Reiki I, II and III so that I could drink the water directly from the Source. Now my blood analyses are like those of a healthy man. By chance I found out when trying the sheng cymbal - the girl that showed me how to use it did not spare me and chimed several times in full force directly against me in cca 2 m distance (btw she could damage my internal ear, the ultrasound produced can be that strong. Ear plugs are recommended when using sheng cymbals). I had one node (under left ear) still much bigger than others. The node swelled in a short time (ca 15 min), and it lasted for two-three days - it was sore, I can say, but after those three days the node calmed down and it was approximately one third, if not more, smaller. I repeated it several times and each time the reaction had been the same, so certainly it was not an accident. Now the nodes are of normal size. But before using the sheng, Marie, I would consult Patrick first, he is more experienced. As regards me I had nothing to lose when trying it.
